I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ashley Furniture. My husband and I purchased a bed and nightstands while preparing our home for the arrival of our baby, who is due in just a few weeks. Unfortunately, the bed arrived with cosmetic damage, which was disappointing enough for a brand-new piece of furniture. However, the much bigger issue happened the very first night I used it. As soon as I laid down on the bed, it collapsed. One of the support legs broke, and it became clear that the support legs were defective. As someone who is heavily pregnant, this was both frightening and unacceptable. Because the bed was no longer usable, I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. I immediately contacted customer service, provided photos of both the cosmetic damage and the broken support leg, and tried to find a reasonable solution. I was offered only about $40 in compensation for a bed that had both cosmetic and structural defects. Considering the circumstances, I found that offer insulting. When I requested a full replacement instead, I also asked if Ashley could provide assembly service, since my husband had already spent hours assembling a defective bed. The request was denied, and I was told that any replacement would simply be delivered, leaving us to handle the assembly all over again. The most disappointing part of this experience has been the lack of customer care. A brand-new bed should not arrive damaged, and it certainly should not collapse on the first night of use. What should have been an exciting time preparing for our baby’s arrival turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. I expected much better quality control and much better customer service from Ashley Furniture.

Samantha was very thorough in helping me choose furniture with zero pressure. Delivery was fast and the gentleman who delivered were very careful with my items. Highly recommend Ashley!

I went in knowing what i wanted to buy. The sales rep asked if he could help me. I said yes and showed him a picture of the table I was looking for. He took me to the table. We talked about different options. I took him this was going to be quick and the easiest sale of his day. Once I decided on what I wanted I said let's go. I paid for it and was on my way. The only thing is that the table is out of stock at the moment.

Salesperson was extremely polite and easy to work with! We ordered 2 love seats duel seating power controllers in blue that we liked. And a 10 day delay for delivery.
