Mike is super nice and informative. He takes your time with you and doesn’t pressure you into making a quick decision. He helped us along the way with every question we had and even gave us his personal cell phone number to call. We are so excited to get our new split king adjustable bed so that maybe I can finally get a good nights sleep! Thanks Mike!!!! You go above and beyond and it’s appreciated!!

After looking all around for a King mattress set we finally found it here. Mike is a great up front honest guy, doing business with him was easygoing and enjoyable. He walked me and my wife through the different styles and prices, we left with what we needed and wanted. Will definitely be doing business again and will be referring others. Thanks again Mike!

If you’re in the market for a mattress, do yourself a favor and go see Mike. He’s truly a wonderful, no-BS kind of guy who made this whole process quick, easy, and honestly enjoyable. We came in with zero idea of what we wanted, and Mike took the time to walk us through every option without ever rushing or pressuring us. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and straight to the point—no gimmicks, no fluff, just honest help. We ended up choosing a cooling mattress with an adjustable base, and we got it for less than half of what we would’ve paid at a traditional mattress store. We also got some incredible pillows after trying three different sets from a traditional store. The value was unreal. We were even able to take the mattress home the same day, and Mike made sure we were taken care of with delivery for the bed frame too and accommodated with our busy schedule. We are beyond happy and finally looking forward to some quality sleep again. If you want great service, unbeatable prices, and someone you can trust—go see Mike. You won’t regret it!!!!!!! ✨

I had an excellent experience at this Box Drop mattress store! Mike was incredibly helpful and took his time assisting us. He was very knowledgeable, educating us about the different mattress options, which made the whole process much easier. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to buy—it felt like he genuinely cared about helping us find the right mattress. The store offers a wide range of brands, and we were even able to try out several mattresses without feeling rushed. It’s by appointment only, which made the experience feel even more personalized. Highly recommend this store, especially thanks to Mike’s outstanding service!

I’m usually skeptical about places that advertise mattress discounts or clearance center but decided to give this place a shot and I’m so glad I did. I previously owned a nectar king mattress that didn’t even last a year, so I was surprised to find a mattress here that was more comfortable for less. Thanks Mike for the help! Oh yeah, and they deliver!
