Mattress Firm Hurst Pipeline

Had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to JT. I purchased a Purple pillow, and JT was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all my questions. The customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and no pressure at all. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with JT if you’re shopping here!

JT was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses and I appreciate his service. He helped narrow it down to the specific mattress fit for me and my family. He not only made sure I was satisfied but also made sure other customers were attended to. Very enjoyable experience. I definitely recommend this business.

Jim, the owner of Heavenly Sleep Shoppe was most helpful and attentive to our needs. He helped us determine the best mattress, explaining the different options and prices. I actually purchased my first mattress here over 40 years ago! Don’t hesitate to shop at this place for a great selection and excellent prices! Thanks, Jim!

I called the store mid-day and asked if I needed to make an appointment to stop in during the evening, since I already had a good idea what we would buy, but it was the last day of the Labor Day sale. Erick, the salesman who answered the phone, told me I was welcome in at any time because he would be available until close. We dropped in around 5:30, and Erick immediately greeted us and started reviewing the models we were trying to decide between. He had in-depth knowledge of the mattresses/bases and was able to easily explain how each one might work out for us, given what features we were interested in. He patiently answered our questions as we tried out each one so that we could truly experience how they felt and understand the differences. After we decided on a mattress and base, he thoughtfully watched us try out different pillows and gave us recommendations. Erick was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, and led us to make decisions without pressuring us, which we greatly appreciated. Kudos to Erick for doing an excellent job! I would highly recommend anyone in the area to work with him on a new mattress purchase.

JT was very knowledgeable. He had answers to all my questions. I had ample time to test a wide selection of varied mattresses. The loan process was surprisingly fast and straight forward. I purchased a quality mattress.
