We had the best experience shopping here!! Jim was so helpful as we tested mattresses and made great recommendations. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive mattress - he helped us find the one that made sense for us. Excellent pricing, quality product, quick delivery… and now an amazing nights sleep!! We came here after going to a couple of large chains, but from now on, this will be our first and only stop. Highly recommend to anyone! Also, fun fact - you can also find a ton of furniture on their website, so not just mattresses!
View on GoogleI believe that Heavenly Sleep Shoppe is the best place in the Metroplex to buy a mattress. Jim is very knowledgeable and he listens to us. There are no hight pressure sales tactics, he just listens, then he gives us several options that fit our needs and budget. The combination of price, quality, and service, can't be matched anywhere in the Metroplex.

View on GoogleHeavenly Sleep Shoppe offers more than just a "good night sleep", they offer honesty, Intergerty, great prices, absolutely amazing customer service and support. Personal customer service is heartfelt. They don't try to over sell or put the customer in a financial bind, they listen to the customer and the need of the customer. No judgment if you need a $200.00 mattress or a $2,000.00 mattress, you are still a valued customer. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of each customer. Support a family business/small business, you will definitely feel like your money is being used wisely in purchasing quality products. The owner Jim will NOT miss lead you in your purchase. This business is above and beyond all the other mattress businesses. They offer full customer service and support. You are absolutely a valued and appreciated customer when you shop at the Heavenly Sleep Shoppe.
View on GoogleGreat custom made pillows. They are a bit pricey but oh so worth it. They will fluff the filling of their custom made pillows for FREE as often as you like for 5 years!! If you need extra filling that’s so reasonable too. I’ve bought two custom pillows from them and I’ll go back when I’m ready for a bed.
