He went above and beyond in customer service, making sure everything was the way we wanted it. Even on the delivery end, he showed up with another person to make sure everything was correct. Jeff made the entire process so easy and enjoyable! My furniture was delivered and set up within 30 minutes. Jeff even called after it was delivered to make sure the delivery and setup went smoothly. We stopped in to look around for a sofa for the guest room. We found a great deal AND same day delivery. Ahmad was super easy to work with. Definitely will shop here for more furniture in the future

Went in to the shop 3-4 times before making a purchase as it is an expensive purchase to make. Every interaction was good, staff was helpful and friendly. I purchased a sectional (based off the floor model in store) and was told it would be brand new delivered the next day. I Paid in full for the sectional and upon leaving the store I received a call that they would have to order the sectional, it in fact was not in stock. OR i could take the floor model. Now I only purchased the couch in full that day cause i needed it within 2 days. That’s the whole reason why I bought from them. So I agree to take the floor model, it was promptly delivered that day. However!!!!! I do feel I should have been compensated in some way rather it be refund of 100$ delivery or given the ottoman that was with the floor model for the inconvenience. I paid on the spot full payment for a new sectional and got the floor model. If I wasn’t at work when I received the call telling me the mistake made by them, I would have handled it totally differently. So yes I got a couch and yes delivery was promptly but I got a couch that had been sat on. Quite disappointed for the price. A sincere apology for not disclosing or checking for an available product would have been great. The ottoman would have made the deal feel more worth it to me.
