I was worried it would take an hour or more but i was pleasantly surprised, i was In and out within 5 minutes, super fast, super painless, melody made the entire process as easy as possible, and loaded the mattress for me. I came in looking for a king-size mattress for myself and ended up also getting a full-size mattress for my daughter. She worked hard to make everything fit our budget, gave us a great deal on my daughter’s mattress, and even included a mattress protector, which was a thoughtful bonus. WOW, very impressive on responses, customer service, accounting details & explanations, comfort testing, rapid delivery service, and easy access to the mobile/apps!!! I literally arrived and within less than an hour already had my queen mattress selected and processed for delivery. EVERYTHING was completed within less than an hour for the entire process, including installation and mattress setup at home. Thank you immensely to the staff of Mattress By Appointment of the QCA! The owner is very helpful I was in a bit of a rush so kinda slow on service BUT she didn’t know but just for future it shouldn’t feel like an interview…. Also just a tad bit pricey specially for the types of beds I’ve gotten BUT fair prices except the delivery fee which is $95 I assume that’s cause if you’re in Illinois then that’s the rate BUT the delivery was faster than I and she anticipated! So LOVE that! The delivery guy was GREAT! I would certainly come back again but just gotta remember I’m the easy customer😅😂 just straight to the point❤️ over all you go girl! Keep being great! 😊
