Brandywine Furniture & Mattress

I’ve purchased from Brandywine for over 20 years and never had a problem or bad experience until now. I ordered a glass curio cabinet, paying for delivery and set up. The delivery ran late, but they did call. After set up in my home, I noticed dents in the frame of the cabinet. Then I was told they were going to leave the glass out the cabinet and I could put the glass in later! The owner’s son proceeded to tell me that the dents in the cabinet and the other flaws were manufacturer defects. After going back and forth with him, he tells me that he has a repair guy that can repair the dents and fix the manufacturer defects. I then noticed the glass doors to the cabinet were uneven. The owner sons had zero customer service skills. He coped a whole fit and seemed clueless that a new cabinet shouldn’t have dents. He then says someone will be in touch 4-6 weeks to repair the “new” curio cabinet. I go into the store and ask for the owner. I was told her son makes all the decisions. While in the store, the sales person says the owner said changed his mind about repairing my cabinet, he’ll replace in 4-6 weeks or so. Bottom line, don’t waste your time or money buying anything from Brandywine. According to the son, almost everything they sell have “manufacturer defects”. They are a family owned company that could care less about customers!

Absolutely impressed with this furniture shop! The showroom is beautifully arranged, making it easy to find pieces that match different styles and budgets. The staff were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, helping me choose a sofa set and dining table that fit perfectly in my home. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. Great quality at reasonable prices!

Excellent customer service. We have made multiple purchases from Brandywine Furniture and have always experienced exceptional and professional sales, service and delivery. The delivery employees are meticulous and did a wonderful job of assembling and setting up the furniture. Brandywine will always be our first choice for furniture purchases. The customer service when it was FACE TO FACE was very pleasant. However, everything else about the experience was horrible and the staff did not take accountability. My items WERE NOT delivered in a timely manner. When i called to follow up on missing items they had no definitive answer. On one occasion the employee I spoke with said "well at least you have a bed frame" as if I should be grateful to have that. I have a bed WITH NO MATRESS. I replied sir DO YOU SLEEP ON A BOXSPRING AT HOME. I finally received a delivery date of Christmas Eve; they gave me a window of delivery THEN NEVER SHOWED UP. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY ACCUSED ME OF NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. THEY THEN stopped answering my call. THE dresser that was installed the men DID NOT PUT THE handles on correctly. I have brought this to management's attention, and he stated it would be corrected but when the staff arrived, they were not prepared to correct the matter and then ACCUSED ME OF LOSING THE SCREWS to the handle. After the worker made several trips back to their truck, he advised me HE HAS OTHER DELIVERIES TO DO AND DOESNT HAVE TIME TO FIX THIS. gave his word he would return.IM STILL WAITING AND LOOKING AT BROKEN HANDLES ON MY DRESSER. I ORDERED THIS BEDROOM SET ON NOV 20TH. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT COMPENSATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY im being told someone will reach back out to me. I paid for delivery and installment. SO Im being forced basically to pay for a product I haven't had the pleasure or time to seek satisfaction.

Best ever. Prices are great. You can order American made furniture. Delivery service is excellent. Chuck let me bring home an accent pillow home to see if it matched and layed on the couch to see if Mark would fit on the couch!
