My wife and I recently purchased one summit, series 4 king and one summit 3 series king beauty rest mattress. We couldn’t be more happier with the overall purchase experience! From start to finish, Bernard, the manager of mattress firm was very professional knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. We were in the store for two hours and not once in the two hours did we get the sense that we were taking too much time ! Bernard was extremely patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He allowed us to try the beds over and over again, even moving the pillows, back-and-forth to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our choice of bed! And to follow through on his commitment to customer satisfaction, he gave us his cell phone number and urged us to call if we had any questions! Bernard, you made this one of the best purchasing experiences we’ve had. We could not make up our minds whether we wanted the three series or the four series. However, because Bernard You were such a pleasure to work with, we decided to go for it and buy both beds!! I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a bed from mattress firm, please visit Bernard’s store on 2303 Concord Pike in Wilmington! You will not be disappointed with his customer service.

Christopher Zwilgmeyer was the professional salesman assisting me with my mattress purchase. He stood up smiling as I approached him and asked how he could help me. His manners were impressive along with his direction towards the mattress he thought I might want. I am happy with my mattress choice, grateful for the sale price and want to thank Christopher for his help. Mattress Firm is fortunate having Christopher work as their employee.

Salesman was extremely helpful in deciding what type of mattress would be best for us. We both have back problems and he helped us find one that would help make us more comfortable at night. He also was not pushy but allowed us to take our time in deciding and even kept us within budget. Would recommend this store to anyone

I purchased a mattress and pillow from this location. The pillow was shipped separately but I never received it. I called and reported this to a sales representative named Bernard, who was incredibly rude. He refused to tell me what the policy was and would only tell me that it had to be reported to FedEx and that once FedEx responded, they would go from there. This was a $200 pillow. I continued to ask what the policy was, but after 20 minutes on the phone, he would not tell me. At the end of the call, he told me “I know who you are. You were in here this week with your husband and I know you’re the kind of person that likes to get what they want.” I told him I don’t have a husband and that he has the wrong person. He did not apologize and said he had to go because another customer came in and hung up. It’s clear he was refusing to help me because he thought I was someone he made a judgment about. I called the Christiana location and spoke to a woman named Linda, who immediately put me at ease by telling me they would send me a new pillow. She was fantastic. I asked to speak to the manager, Kirk, but he would not call me back. After three days, I had to call again. Treating customers with respect is not a priority with this company. After spending around $1,500 with them, the last thing I felt was appreciated. I really regret giving them my business. If you have any issues, you can’t reach the corporate office and are stuck dealing with very unprofessional people.
