I would like to share my excellent experience with Steven, a sales agent at National Appliance Warehouse. Steven truly went above and beyond in helping me choose the best dryer within my budget. He patiently walked me through all the features and made it very easy to compare different brands, which helped me feel confident in my decision. His knowledge, clarity, and ability to explain things in a simple way really stood out. What impressed me most was his honesty. At no point did I feel like he was trying to push a sale for his own benefit—he genuinely seemed focused on helping me make the right choice. That level of integrity is rare and very valuable. Although I did end up canceling my purchase because my existing dryer started working again, my decision to buy in the first place was largely due to Steven’s outstanding service. In my opinion, Steven is a real asset to National Appliance Warehouse. He deserves recognition, and I strongly believe he should be considered for a raise or promotion. Overall, I would rate his service as 99% satisfactory—he is calm, humble, professional, and never pushy. A truly great customer experience.

I had a great experience working with Dave Webster at National Appliance Warehouse. I’m building a new home and had a lot of decisions to make, and Dave was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. He put together multiple quotes for me, helped compare different options, worked to get me the best available rebates, and was very knowledgeable about the products and installation side of things. He really helped me find the right appliance package for my home and made the process much easier. I appreciated his honesty, communication, product knowledge, and willingness to work with me to get everything perfect for our new kitchen. I would definitely recommend working with Dave if you’re shopping for appliances.

Had an excellent experience purchasing a new washing machine through NAW at their Concorde Pike location. Steve Solomon was our sales rep and was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was not a pushy high-pressured sales situation in the least bit. I told Steve that I had narrowed my selection down to a couple of different options based on their website and he was able to give us all of the information we needed to select the correct machine for our home. He set up the delivery, install, and haul away that was completed this afternoon. They have their own people and trucks to handle delivery unlike a lot of the big box stores who contract out to third-party companies for deliveries which was a big factor in us going with NAW. Our delivery/installers were Otis and Pete who did a fantastic job. Very friendly and customer service focused guys who were very efficient with the install and haul away of our old machine. They were finished with the work in way less time than I assumed it would take. When everything was finished they gave a quick rundown of the install to make sure that everything was to our liking. 10/10 buying experience going through NAW and will surely be a returning customer in the future on my next appliance purchase.

Nice showroom, but once the sale is done, that’s where the service ends. I originally bought a dishwasher mainly for its drying feature. After installation, it didn’t dry at all. The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful, but when I went back to the store, the salesperson told me my only option was to order a different brand dishwasher that actually dries. It felt like my concern wasn’t being taken seriously. Once I showed photos, his tone changed and he agreed to replace it. That should have been the first response. When the replacement was installed, it was done incorrectly. It took a long time to get someone back out, and even after I requested different installers, the same crew returned and couldn’t fix it. They said they would order a part and send a supervisor, but weeks went by with no communication. After multiple calls over nearly two months, they finally decided to send a warranty technician out instead. He fixed the installation issue immediately and found that the heating element was defective and melting the plastic hardware inside the dishwasher. He also fixed the door, which hadn’t been closing properly since day one. In the end, it was resolved—but it took from December to the end of April. Way too long for something that should have been handled much sooner. They have a great selection, but I wouldn’t return or recommend them if you want customer service that stands behind what they sell. Essentially I bought an expensive defective dishwasher that was installed wrong and immediately needed service becahse the parts were bad.... image if you bought a brand new car and had same issues smh.. STAY AWAY!!!! Who has time for that....
