BROOKS FURNITURE

Went to get a recliner but wanted to look at everything they had. Cindy greeted us and gave us a few minutes to look. We went in by the recliners and she informed us how they are trained to know what chair would fit me the best for the most comfortable fit. Being a long time Laz-boy chair owner I already knew what I wanted. She criticized every chair I picked... finally I found one with a solid seat,no seams and she wasn't happy with my choice. It was on sale but if I wanted a different color I would loose the sale price because it would be a custom order. I asked for a few minutes to just sit in it where I could talk to my husband about the purchase which she did let us. We did get the chair BUT very Dissatisfied with her service. Delivery was fine .If you enjoy being told your choice is wrong and they know the better choice for your comfort then this is the store for you. As for me never again, I found out when I got it delivered I have a rocker-recliner,😳. Update: Hubby wanted a new chair went to Kanes, highway 98.Lakeland. Better price, selection, cheaper delivery charge,plus EXTREMELY 👍 Nice. Worth the drive,😀.

This is my 2nd time purchasing from Brooks Furniture. The first time we bought a Lay-Z-Boy recliner and had a positive experience. My wife and I were greeted promptly by Cindy who was at the desk and asked us what we were looking for. After we told her we were looking for sectionals, she walked us around the store and showed us all of the pieces that were in stock and the pieces that could be customized by special order. Nearly all of the powered furniture was plugged in so you can try them in the store. Cindy was extremely knowledgeable of all the products and never made us feel pressured to purchase anything. We ended up buying a sofa and loveseat and had it scheduled to deliver. When the furniture arrived, the 2 gentleman who brought in the pieces were respectful of property and handled the furniture pieces with care. I highly recommended everyone to Brooks Furniture and working with Cindy.

This is my 2nd purchase from Brooks and I am so satisfied with the customer service I received. There were no pressure sales and when I needed help, the salesman was there to answer all of my questions. Delivery service was amazing too. Will be going back for all of my furniture purchases. I

The staff made the shopping process so enjoyable! I’m very indecisive when picking things out but they were very patient with looking at patterns, colors, and sectional options! I definitely recommend coming here if you are a visual person that likes to see things beforehand!

Arrived at Brook’s furniture with the intention of looking at available recliners. Talked with Cindy Cassel about what we wanted and she was extremely helpful in understanding our need. She showed us several different ones to consider until finally hitting the jackpot of 4 different ones that were exactly what we were looking for. After my husband and I decided on the one that would fit our needs best, Cindy helped us with the process of purchasing. We have shopped at Brook’s furniture in the past and actually purchased a lift chair back in 1999 that have finally seen its last days. We really like that Brook’s is a family owned business and are always happy with the customer service.
