Famous Tate Appliance & Bedding Centers

I purchased an LG refrigerator from FT. I was impressed with the sales person and the delivery team. Approximately 10 days after delivery I saw the identical product advertised at a lower price by a competitor. I called the store and spoke with the manager who verified the competitor’s price. The manager immediately matched the price and credited my account. I was pleasantly surprised with the FT response and can honestly say this was my first purchase from FT but, will not be my last.

In and out within 30 minutes bought a washer/dryer. The sales lady’s were amazing. Tina help walk me through the whole process, and even got me set up for delivery and install for 2 days later. It’s been a pleasurable experience!

I recently made my first (solo) purchase at Famous Tate of Winter Haven. I was reluctant and expecting a not-so-good experience. For personal reasons, I wanted to buy a no-frills washing machine. I was fortunate enough to have Sam as my salesperson, and it was a great experience. There was no high pressure sales pitch and no trying to sell me anything extra. I was shown the two models available and arrangements were made for delivery in 2 days. I was sent several notifications as to what time my delivery would arrive, and they were on time. I also have to give credit to Ceasar and Yogbany, who drove truck 16. These two men could not have been nicer as they did the delivery, set up my new machine, and took away the old one. So thank you Famous Tate! You can be very proud of your employees!

Worked with Sam on a refrigerator purchase. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Fortunately our old refrigerator was good, and after fixing a breaker problem,, we cancelled the order. Will definitely go back when we need a new appliance and ask for Sam.

I went there expecting a knowledgeable sales person. So very disappointed. I had more information from online shopping and basically helped her make the sale. Back to Lowes or Home Depot for me.
