Brother Home Furnishings

We came in here looking for furniture to furnish our new home. We were instantly greeted by the team and showed two beautiful massage recliners. They were way out of our price range but they were a nice way to be welcomed in to the store. After that, we were left alone to browse. We eventually came across a sofa that we loved in our price range, but decided to look around at other stores before committing. The other stores had nice products, but the staff at all the stores were pushy and clearly working for commission, and Brother Home employees are not on commission. We came back here to buy our loveseats and worked with Dora, who was so lovely to us and so sweet to our 11 month old son. We really appreciated that the staff just left us alone and let the furniture speak for itself. They were all available if we had questions, but we felt like we were able to come to a decision on our own without being pushed in any direction. We had such a great experience here and this will always be our top choice with any other furniture pieces in the future.

Can’t say enough about how great everyone at Brother Home Furnishings is to work with! So friendly and professional, from the manager and staff, to the delivery guys. They have a big showroom filled with beautiful and unique furnishings. I have bought tables, chairs, a bed and bedside tables…so far! Love it all.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! This furniture store attracts customers from all over Tennessee and Kentucky because there simply are no other furniture stores like it!! We have bought furniture there three different times, and will continue to go whenever we need quality furniture. The sales staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy, and are well- informed about their inventory. The delivery men are fantastic - taking good care of your new furniture and being sure you know everything you need to know to take care of it. Thank you, Brothers for always taking care of us!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are looking for furniture that actually stands out, Brothers Home Furnishings is the place to go. They carry a huge selection, but what impressed me the most was how many unique and beautiful pieces they have that you just don’t see in big chain stores. From statement furniture to distinctive décor, it feels like every corner of the store has something different and interesting. The customer service was just as impressive. Dora was absolutely incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly focused on helping me find the right pieces rather than just making a sale. She took the time to answer questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Delivery was great! Professional & timely. Between the one-of-a-kind pieces, the large selection, and the outstanding service, Brothers Home Furnishings is definitely worth the visit.

We were looking for a new sofa for our living room and went to Brothers Home Furnishings. The staff members really took the time to assist us and were very knowledgeable about each piece. The delivery guys were terrific, arrived exactly on time and made sure everything was perfect with our new purchase. I highly recommend this business. Also, the showroom is huge with tons of new furniture.
