We absolutely loved every aspect of shopping at Brownlee’s! Our saleswoman was so helpful with us choosing our custom order of table and chairs. The estimated wait for them to arrive was explained to us and all went as planned. Plus the delivery team was friendly, professional and handled everything with care. I don’t think you can find a better experience! We love our new furniture!

View on GoogleWe had a positive experience from the moment we stepped into the showroom. We were warmly greeted by Phil, who offered to assist us with any questions. He went away for an appropriate time to allow us time to look around. When we found a few things we were interested in purchasing, he provided professional guidance and offered to show us similar items we might consider…no pressure at all. We closed a deal seamlessly and secured a quick date for delivery. The ladies in the Finance Department were extremely friendly and quick in closing our deal.
View on GoogleWOW! This place is huge. And the furniture is high quality. And it's priced good too. I went to the big box recliner store for lazy shoppers and their recliner's were ok, but Brownlee has Flexsteel Recliners that are far superior and at a better price. I was able to custom order mine and it arrived in just a few weeks. I've been lounging in comfort ever since. My only regret is not discovering Brownlees years ago.

I started the process of looking for a bedroom set over a year before I actually made the decision. I worked with Linda Smith and she was very patient and understanding. Brownlee's has great merchandise, great prices and great salespeople. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
