Sleep Number

Melissa was an amazing sales associate at Sleep Number in Snellville. My husband and I appreciated her warm welcome, sense of humor and expertise. Melissa was relatable and not only answered all of our questions, but provided examples and experiences that allowed us to make the best decision in choosing the best bed to fit our needs. Thank you Melissa for your professionalism, ability to connect with your customers and willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs. I would highly recommend anyone who is in the market to get a bed or accessories to visit Melissa and her colleagues at Sleep Number. Satisfied customers, Michelle and Tim

Alex was a tremendous sales person at the Lawrenceville Georgia location. He took his time. He knew his products and helped steer us in the right direction. He helped us out and answered every question we had. Did not push anything on us. We walked out very satisfied with our King size mattress purchase and look forward to receiving it!

My Sales associate was Melissa Stephens, She was a great person. She knew the Sleep Number products extremely well , and explained the features of each product. I was measured for my comfort level. After being shown the difference which made me aware of the main reason I was at the sleep number store. Since I needed time to do additional research she printed out quotes for two different models . After my research at home, I called Melissa, she was gracious enough to create a new quote on an upgrade to my original version and made the sale. I can't wait for my bed to arrive and start sleeping comfortably. Thanks Melissa Sid Williams

Excellent service from Melysa. She was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain every detail clearly. She also showed a genuine interest in understanding our needs so she could guide us in the best possible way. We truly appreciated her patience and dedication throughout the entire experience. Without a doubt, she provided high-quality service.

Alex is a great salesman. Very knowledgeable and low pressure. He worked with us to get the best value and didn't pressure us with add-ons and upsells.
