Butterworth's Furniture

I had a fantastic experience at this furniture shop. The store has a wide variety of high-quality pieces, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They guided me in choosing furniture that perfectly matched my home decor. Delivery was prompt, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m very satisfied and will definitely shop here again. 🛋️

Love my new purchase. The sectional is beautiful. It felt great to select the material for the sectional and the pillows. Beautiful investment. Worth the price. Nice quality furniture. If you love simple, elegant furniture with clean lines stop by Butterworth's Furniture and ask for Ms. Connie, she is wonderful. If you can envision it, she can help make it happen.

i’ll delete my review when i receive my $2600 worth of furniture i ordered back in NOVEMBER, or better yet when i can speak to an actual human being !! three separate phone calls to speak to a “Tannice” and each time im on hold for ten minutes at a time and she is with a customer … i guess im not a customer ?? awful customer service but i guess i shouldn’t have expected much from petersburg 😂😂😂 EDIT: after my husband got involved, the order was found and furniture was promised to us by mid march. here it is, almost april and we haven’t heard a peep from them. other customers report great service and delivery. why the disparity? every time i call, and i mean EVERY. TIME. i cannot speak to “tannice” or “danny”… as they are “off” or “out of the office”… i don’t think this is a game, maybe i need to come down in person to handle this…

I just walked in to price & check out furniture. The customer service & attention i received from J was top notch. She was very friendly & knowledgeable

I don't want to get into details but THIS is the reason you should shop local. Butterworth has the highest possible standards for customer service. They went above and beyond. I'll always buy my furniture there. Love my new sofa!
