If you're considering ordering from Ashley Furniture online or paying extra for their white glove delivery service, I strongly recommend thinking twice. What started as a convenient online purchase quickly became a frustrating experience. The most disappointing part was the bed itself. Months after setup, the bed collapsed and the slats cracked. A bed frame should be sturdy and dependable, especially at this price point.. To make matters worse, refunds were not offered because I fixed the bed instead of waiting for them. The company requires you to go through a long, drawn out claims process before they will even send a technician to inspect or repair the issue. In the meantime, you’re left without a functional bed essentially expected to sleep on the floor while waiting for resolution. That level of inconvenience is unacceptable when the product failure wasn’t your fault. The white glove service also did not meet expectations. The assembly felt rushed, and there was little confidence that the frame was properly secured. Paying extra for professional setup should provide peace of mind, not additional frustration. Overall, between the collapsed bed, cracked slats, lack of refunds, and the exhausting repair process, I would not recommend ordering online or using the white glove service. There are other retailers that prioritize quality, accountability, and customer care.

I did not plan to make a purchase today I planned to window shop, however I was met at the door by Austin who worked tirelessly to meet all my needs and find the perfect set within my budget. Not only did Austin go above and beyond, Angel assisted us throughout the process and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks so much to this awesome duo for sending me home with a new living room!

Harleigh was very patient and helpful through the whole process of buying my sectional and ottoman. She thoroughly walked me through the many different payment options available and the Black Friday sales they had going on at the time. She helped me in configuring the sectional the way my family wanted it so that it would fit in our living room. She highly recommended the protection package, which of course we bought to be on the safe side. When we went to check out, Kristina and Mel were also very friendly and helpful through the process of purchasing everything. They have a great team in there and we appreciate them so much. We went to many different furniture stores today and Ashley was the winner! I am so excited for our sectional and ottoman to be delivered and I will highly recommend Harleigh to my friends and family!

Austin was very pleasant from the moment we walked in and patient as we were working on our new purchase. He was thorough, friendly, and gave us multiple options based on our budget. The quality of our furniture is great and I am already planning my next purchase.
