Canales Furniture / Mueblería Duncanville

Alejandra Lopez was very nice to us when coming to purchase our couches for our home. She was very friendly and explained into detail what the pricing was. 10/10 recommend her. Made our process very easy. In and out. Even gave us a small gift

I wanted to upgrade to a king bed. Found a good deal. They had different financing options. The young lady in the middle desk made sure that we understood the terms of the financing and helped us get a nice deal. Very friendly. I had a smooth delivery and they set up my bed.

Joana and Alejandra were an incredible help in assisting us with purchasing our furniture. They were both friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. They took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Their outstanding customer service and attention to detail truly stood out. We are very grateful for their help and highly recommend Joana and Alejandra to anyone shopping for furniture!

Alejandra Lopez is by far the best. She took of me very quickly and was very detailed with everything. Come ask for her at the Duncanville location. I was in and out so quick with an upcoming delivery already scheduled. Even with snow outside, she made it happen! Awesome Job and I will be back to see you for more furniture in the future!

Ruby was very helpful and had such a positive attitude the whole time. She made everything easy to understand, was patient, and went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service and a really kind person. Thank you, Ruby!
