I recently purchased my THIRD Mattress from Cantwell. I have dealt with Mr. Ruben Martinez with every purchase. I cannot say enough about his top notch professionalism. The Mattresses are also top of the line. Mattresses handmade in San Antonio by a Mom&Pop local company with Texas grown Cotton. They sleep outstanding. I have had the first mattress I purchased over 10 years now. It still sleeps as good and looks as great as it did 10 years ago. What else could a person ask for. They also stand behind their warranty 100%. I had a small issue with a bed frame that was OUT of Warranty and Cantwell repaired the frame FREE of charge! Did I mention it was out of warranty? Last, but not least Cantwell’s commitment to family. Just read the business hours for Sunday’s on the front of the store. Closed for God and Family. I believe we need more companies with Cantwel’s Values, In a day and age where mega corporations are trying to take over with foreign made products, only care about their bottom dollar, not the people that work for them or the families of those people. And mega corps certainly do not care about the consumers purchasing their products.

Well I was in need of a mattress that was giving out. I did some research and decided I would pay Cantwell Mattress a visit. I was not sure what to expect, but the sales person that greeted us was Rueben and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We spent at least 30-45 min laying on different mattresses and along the way Rueben would give us information, and tidbits of information. Such as warranty info, and that if the mattress that we ended up purchasing could be softened or made firmer if we were unhappy with it. We purchased the mattress and since then my back is much happier and I know its simply from a better mattress. My spouse ended up using the service of wanting her side firmer and they accomodated us as we have the split king model. She can't be happier and we both sleep better at night. Thank you very much.

Wonderful service. Ben was very helpful and sent me a thank you note after my purchase. I’m so happy to have a mattress I can flip again, and it will last for so much longer than the one sided ones everyone else is selling. Three or four years ago we bought a Cantwell mattress and an adjustable bed frame. Right away we knew we made a great choice! We were sleeping well! We recently had some issues with the lifting part of the frame. We called Cantwell and they gave us a repair date just a week away (better than trying to get an appointment with your doctors!). They arrived at the time they said they would and went to work. The two fellows quickly and solved the bed frame problems. They also flipped the matress for us. When we asked what we owed for the service call and parts, they replied NOTHING we were pleasantly surprised.. we’re not sure if it was a very good warranty but it definitely told us that Cantwell stands behind their products! Which all goes to prove “You can’t well sleep without a Cantwell mattress (and bed frame!)
