Sleep Number

Great service at this store. Want to thank Carlos who took the time to help me and my son find the right pillow. He brought out about a dozen pillows for us and explained each one thoroughly to help us understand which one would be the best fit. He allowed us to try as many as we like and offered suggestion and personal experience. Carlos was very knowledge and patient and made sure we had all our questions answered. Grateful for employees like him and grateful for Sleepnumber store.

We went to the location on McCullough and talk to the manager there that said he's worked there for over 20 years he did explain that the showroom beds have been in place and laid on for many many years. So we picked one out that seemed comfortable for like $2,100 and the when the new bed was delivered it was way too firm and uncomfortable. I feel my experience was very misleading and I'm not happy with my purchase, but the manager said I have one year to bring it back so they can do some adjusting to make it more comfortable and sleepable, so I'm going to have to load it up in my truck and drop it off to them and sleep on the box springs until they figure out what they can do with it, cuz there's no refunds.

Shopping for a new mattress can be a daunting task, but my recent experience at the Sleep Number in the Quarry Market was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a no-pressure atmosphere. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. They guided me through the different types of mattresses, explaining the pros and cons of each without overwhelming me with jargon. What truly set this experience apart was the personalized attention. They encouraged me to take my time and try out a variety of mattresses, offering pillows and blankets to simulate a real night's sleep. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. All of my questions were answered with patience and expertise, making me feel completely confident in my choice. The selection was fantastic, with a wide range of options to fit every budget and comfort level. The quality of the mattresses was evident, and I found the perfect one for me. The pricing was transparent, and the delivery process was clearly explained. I left the store not only with a fantastic new mattress but with the feeling that I had received genuinely helpful and honest service. If you're in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend visiting The Sleep Number Store in the Quarry Market. You won't be disappointed!

I went in to try out pillows. Carlos did a phenomenal job educating me on the different pillow options to fit my needs. Better sleep since my visit. Thanks again Carlos
