Factory Mattress

Honest? Short and sweet, I purchased a queen mattress and foundation from Mattress Factory April 2024. March of this year(10 months), wife and I are in bed and we hear a crack... Inspection shows wood frame snapped in the middle. Their foundation is made from 1x2s. Live and learn. Filed a claim as instructed, didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. Week 3 and received instructions to visit the store it was purchased from. It's closed. I drove to the next nearest store, explained my claim and they directed me back to the closed location????? We discussed the situation and they resolved to honor the warranty, but would charge me $150 for the replacement foundation. What a rip off. Mattress Factory: Warranty-Yes, With steep penalties. I will look elsewhere for my replacement foundation.

Great experience. Good price for king bed set.

Went in looking for a hybrid mattress and Scott Drain helped us. He was very informative and helpful. We did go look at other places but it was his personable and friendly approach that brought us back. He did not try to pressure us or haggle us in any way and answered all our questions throughly. If you’re looking for great customer service visit Scott.
