This is by far the best mattress store in the area and surrounding areas! Walked in and talked to Ted sample great guy no pressure, super friendly. With out a doubt i got a great deal on top of the customer service. They were able to deliver it the next day on time to the very minute they said they would be there. There is a reason they only have 5 star reviews!
View on GoogleBob was helpful picking out a mattress that was the exact style I was for and I’m very happy with the purchase. Jeff was amazingly huge help and drove back to my house since I didn’t have a truck to drive it. 5/5!
View on GoogleWe’ve bought two mattresses from Cape Fear Bedding & Mattress and had a great experience both times. Bob was super helpful; he took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses and let us try out everything in the store without rushing us. Delivery was fast, on time, and hassle-free. They also took away our old mattress and box spring, which made things even easier. Bob even followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Cape Fear Bedding & Mattress if you're looking for great service and a quality mattress!
View on GoogleI purchased a mattress from this company 60 days ago. Excellent salesmanship and customer service. Prompt delivery on time, very caring folks. The mattress I purchase is comfortable and was worth the price compared to other mattress places in ILM. In addition to their salesmanship and service, I experience they had a mattress delivered next business day. Thanks
View on GoogleMy wife and I were due for a new mattress. We looked at several shops online before going in. Based on Cape Fear’s reviews and the fact that they weren’t a large chain, we chose them. We were not disappointed. Jeff greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. He was not pushy in any way and offered several options. We got a great deal and had it delivered the same afternoon. Jeff and Eric delivered to us and were so kind and friendly even with needing the mattress on the upper floor. A wonderful experience all around; friendly, fair and fast, plus they are a local company. We highly recommend Jeff and Cape Fear Bedding and Mattress!
