Mattress Firm Mayfaire

We visited the store, dreading the experience so much. Normally when shopping for a mattress, the sales people are pushy and take you immediately to the most expensive bed in the place. And try so hard to talk you into it. I literally had the best shopping experience ever when we were greeted by Kelly. First, she treated my wife and I like the couple we are, she asked what we were looking for and what sleep struggles we were having. She listened. And started us in the clearance section!! Imagine. We gradually stepped up to different styles of mattresses and she helped us see that what we thought we wanted, we probably didn't really want. We finally ended up with one of the best mattresses in the store, complete with a adjustable platform that will hopefully help with my migraines and my wife's chronic neck and shoulder pain. Shopping for a mattress can sometimes feel like shopping for a car. If you ever dread it, go to this location and ask for Kelly!! She is by far the best person I've ever worked with in store like this!!

Husband and I had a lovely experience shopping for our mattress here. We didn’t feel rushed and they truly want to get you set up with the best match possible. Richie was friendly and not pushy we will definitely be back if we ever need another mattress! :)

Kelly was amazing from the moment we walked in the door! We also had our mobile,1 y/o, with us and she was so great with him! She matched us to mattresses around our budget and based on what we told her we were looking for and what our current sleep issues are. She was never pushy and made sure we were comfortable and well informed! We can’t wait for our new Dream Cloud mattress to arrive and our adjustable base!

My husband and I had an amazing experience in store today. We had been talking about making a big purchase for some time and Kelly really knocked it out of the park! Helpful info, helping us get approved for financing! And went above and beyond in making sure we got what was best for both my husband and Is needs. Will definitely be recommending our friends, family and even some strangers that they should go see Kelly at Mayfaire mattress firm. Can’t wait for our delivery on Tuesday 🤞🏼

My fiance and I visited Mattress Firm on Saturday evening and had an excellent experience with Kelly. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us, especially since this was our first time buying a mattress in years. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend working with Kelly!
