5 stars for furniture selection. 3.5 for pricing and 1.5 for the salesman. 5 for delivery. He kept saying he wouldn't bother us while we looked but that's the complete opposite of what he did. I dressed a certain way to also make a point.... the salesman immediately assumed we wanted lowest cost furniture!! Little did he know I planned several thousand in cash for a purchase, possibly more on credit. He judged me by how I was dressed which isn't good salesmanship. He never discussed credit options either. I ended up spending 3400 there but wouldn't deal with that salesman again. Delivery was fast and friendly. Pricing just so so on the sofa, good on bed

A step above what I was expecting. I feel like better quality furniture than big box stores. Pricing decent, but not cheap. Our sales lady, Evie, was lovely

WARNING! First I want to start off by saying how incredibly kind, helpful and attentive Evey was in helping me today. She is an asset to this company and I hope more of the staff learn from her kindness and professionalism. Now to management. I cannot say enough about how horribly and unprofessional one of the staff (I am assuming management) of this store was. He yelled at Evey in the middle of the showroom (feel free to run security tapes back) about not greeting me and connecting with me when I walked in the door (which she did beautifully by the way). She attempted to nicely explain she did and he continued to yell at her while I was within earshot and was pointing at me. I later kindly addressed him about his actions in the MIDDLE of the show room and he tried to justify his actions as appropriate. I sincerely hope that the owners remove him from management as the way he spoke to her was ground for an HR case. If this is the way ownership wants management to act I recommend you look for another business. If it isn’t I hope owners remove him from management or at minimum mandatory anger management courses. Evey was amazing to work with and she represents the store so well. No one should be talked to in that way ever but especially when she was doing her job well. Definitely would think hard about management choices.

The salesperson Missy was great to work with. She got me a great deal and was not a pushy salesperson. The manager Chris was very easy to worker with as well. The couch is beautiful and I am very happy with the 5 year warranty that basically covers everything. I will definitely return to buy more furniture from Missy.
