Mattress Warehouse of Arden

Had to get a innerspring firm full mattress same day. They were able to hook it up with the box spring for a great price. Every other store I stopped at today said it wasn't possible. John and Meg made it happen! They even added a free mattress protector so the warranty would be extended. This store had better deals than any around and will ship even out of state. Highly recommend stopping in if you need a mattress especially same day.

Sorry, I guess I’m just the only one that had a horrible experience with this company. The mattress we bought didn’t work for us so we had Justin order us a different one and paid the difference. We waited several weeks and hadn’t heard anything so we contacted the store and received a message on our phone from Justin that the mattress would be arriving the next Monday. Monday came and went and we went into the store and the person working told us it was coming Thursday. The night before it was allegedly coming we received an email from corporate saying our mattress order had been canceled with no reason. I sent an email back saying why is this being canceled we have been waiting for this mattress for several weeks? No response called the store no response. No one would call back when we left messages and no one would pick up the phone when they saw it was our phone number. If I ran my businesses this way I’d be out of business. Extremely sad customer service wasted a good bit of money ended up donating the mattress. We didn’t like to a friend in the tune of $3500 went to rooms to go and had a totally different experience. I recommend going there at least someone will call you back. And then they post contact us for help which is pure BS because nobody’s there to contact but they want to cover their you know what to make themselves look good like they really care so don’t believe that post that they put below my review!

Nyx was wonderful!! He helped me purchase two mattresses via the phone! He gave us good suggestions and descriptions of the mattresses we were looking at to help decide which ones to purchase! I will go to him again when I need another mattress Thank you Nyx!!

A great bed buying experience, stopped in because they are the only store in the area with helix beds. Buying a bed online without ever touching it seems crazy to me, stop in to mattress man and safe your self potential weeks of time. Michael was super informative, friendly & had answers for every question I asked. There was never any pressure or upselling, just someone trying to help me get better sleep. He was super easy to work with. Shop local, keep your money in the area, don’t feed corporate america & help out some good people.

Had a great experience in the Arden store with the sales person, Nyx, who was very informative and helpful in finding the right mattress for me. The DM, John was also in the store that day and was informative on specials and deals relating to my needs. I would definitely recommend this store!
