Carolina Furniture Concepts

Our salesman, Jeff, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture that we were looking at. We appreciate the straightforward pricing discounts as well as the quality of the products. It didn’t take us long to find a couch and chair that will suit our needs well. Recommended.

Amy our salesperson was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, personable, & not pushy at all! I had an idea of what kind of living room furniture I needed, & Amy helped me pick out the perfect set. Excellent quality, made in the USA, & solid real hardwood frame. Very impressed with the workmanship! The prices are fabulous & the add on warranty for furniture protection & pets is worth every penny! Went in on Wednesday & furniture is being delivered on Saturday! Great experience at Carolina Furniture Concepts!

Amy helped us pick out our new furniture, and she was very friendly, informative and helpful. After carefully deciding which set we wanted, we were able to get a reasonable price, purchase, and have it delivered the very next day! So far, we are enjoying our new sofa set, and it feels like really nice quality. We had a very positive experience, and I would buy furniture from here again.

Donna was great to work with for our couch and love seat purchase. She made it fun and no pressure. Willing to negotiate to find a good fit. Thanks Donna! Gary at the warehouse was awesome too. I decided to bring the couch home with me last minute; Gary noticed it was going to rain and made sure to wrap up my couch in plastic. Everyone was above and beyond helpful.

Amy’s knowledge of furniture and design truly stood out—she knew exactly how to match pieces to my space, scaling everything perfectly. It felt like having both a sales rep and a talented interior designer in one! Her resourcefulness and dedication made the entire process a joy.
