The customer service experience here leaves something to be desired. I chose this place based off of the great reviews, especially about Adam, the awards it's won and that fact that it is a small business, and I am also a small business owner. I will support small business any chance I get. But after our experience with the delay and miscommunication on their end with the mattress arrival. We waited 9 weeks and 1 day for our mattress to arrive at the outlet. During that time, I contacted them 3 times for updates. Their terms and conditions list a delay of 3-8 weeks, but their sales rep Adam told us in the store it would be "3 weeks Max." for the mattress to come in. They did not contact us at all once the 8 week delay came and went. When we spoke with the owner Chaz about the delay he was mis-informed on how long we had been waiting, and didn't seem to offer any way to make the experience better other than to blame the manufacturer. We told Chaz about Adam telling us our mattress came with a free mattress cover, and he immediately asked if it was listed on our receipt which it is not and basically said since Adam didn't put it on there, it doesn't come with one. He accused us of misunderstanding Adam. Our experience with Adam in the store was not great either. He mostly stood back, sitting on other mattresses on his phone not really engaging with us as a helpful sales associate. Maybe this place was once great, and definitely the way the world is, is making it harder for small businesses to thrive and deliver, but it is no excuse to lose all sense of basic customer service.
View on GoogleOur baby has moved onto a floor bed and CCMO took such great care of us. We got the organic floor model and management disinfected, rewrapped, delivered AND carried it upstairs for us. Communication was excellent and we received the mattress the day after we purchased it. Thank you!!!!
View on GoogleCame in today in need of a new, firmer mattress. Adam knows his stuff and helped me through the process and answered all my questions to make sure I had everything I needed. My satisfaction was his clearly his priority. I ended up leaving with a great mattress at a fraction of the cost of the other places in Carson.

Really happy with our entire transaction - we ordered over the phone, Adam (the great salesperson) letting me know what was in stock and what I could get quickly, and it was delivered the next day. This is especially impressive as we live in a remote area. The delivery man, John, was professional, punctual and nice to work with. All around great experience. highly recommended - our new go-to anytime we need a new mattress.

Very respectful, knowledgeable and patient, he answered all mine and my husbands questions. If his store didn’t have the product he made sure to find it for us . I would refer anyone who is in the market for a new mattress to check out the store and ask for Chaz .
