Rarely have I left a retail business feeling so well taken care of!!! Maurice listened to my mattress needs, offered several alternatives, and, ultimately, helped me choose the perfect mattress for my needs. He was diligent about informing me of the pros and cons of each mattress choice. He was helpful without hovering. He did not try to upsell me. In fact, the mattress I purchased was high quality AND heavily discounted and included the gift of a wonderful adjustable bed frame. He took the time to fully explain the return policy. He informed me about the proper care of my new mattress. The showroom was clean, inviting, and well stocked. I will definitely recommend Mattress Firm to my friends!

I went to the Carson City, Nevada Mattress Firm showroom today, Saturday October 18, 2025 and had a great experience shopping for a new queen size mattress and box spring. Alfredo was my sales associate and took the time to fully explain their mattresses to what I was shopping for and did a great job in doing so. He knows is product and answered any questions that I had and he listened to what I was looking for.I purchased a great mattress set that will work well for my needs. I highly recommend Mattress Firm if one is shopping for great quality. Thank You Alfredo. A job well done.

Great experience buying a new mattress! Brett is very knowledgeable and helpful and also injected the time spent with us with humor. He asked all the right questions and made all the right suggestions with absolutely no pressure. He truly wanted us to find the bed that would give us our best sleep! Thanks Brett!

Had a great experience with Maurice today. I came in not knowing anything about beds or what I wanted and he was patient and informational with helping me find the best bed for my needs. Maurice was also great at explaining all the financials that went along with each bed; nothing felt pushy or forced and he was very thorough. Not to mention Maurice was extremely kind! Thanks so much for everything, can’t wait to be sleeping on my new mattress!
