The selection here is spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome at the door. David was stellar and I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. He represented the store with total professionalism and was incredibly patient with the thousand questions my wife and I had for him. He helped us customize and configure exactly what we needed for our bedroom, and I’m extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend this store, props to David for the stellar service!
View on GoogleMitchell was a great salesman. No pressure sale and he helped us get a great price for a new bed. Update: Sales was fantastic, but home delivery was not ideal. They knocked things off the walls, scratched up the walls, and they didn’t actually put my bed frame together. They just set it to look like it was done. Imagine that, the cross beams need to be screwed into the frame so the mattress doesn’t fall through. Now the box spring is bent. Super disappointed. Will be calling first thing tomorrow morning to talk to the manager. Another update: I would like to say thank you so much to Zack. He called us the next day after I wrote this review apologized for what happened during delivery. This has 100% restored my faith in Carson Home.
