Cascade Home Decor

Our household bought a power reclining loveseat with a console and we had a wonderful experience especially since we had just left Ashley furniture at Jantzen Beach and had a pretty poor experience. It was a nice to be able to just shop without being hounded and told what WE want. Once we had decided on a piece of furniture that we both liked then they came over and explained everything and answered all of our questions and even gave us a discount for paying cash. Viktor delivered it and set it up that evening taking away all the garbage and making sure everything work properly. It was quick and clean and super friendly. We stayed within our budget and got exactly what we wanted.

It was a pleasurable experience working with Viktor during the choosing of what to purchase. I ended up purchasing a bed frame at a great price and asked for it to be delivered which they do charge for. However, it was very much worth it. I also opted to have it set up and put together by the delivery people and to my surprise, Viktor personally came along to deliver, set up and put together the bed I purchased. My experience with this store was a very positive experience and their customer service was excellent. Thank you Viktor for a great deal and a job well done.

We had an excellent experience with Cascade Home Decor! Victor was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond during our furniture delivery. He took great care with our new sofa, made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it, and even helped us with our other furniture. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. We highly recommend Cascade Home Decor, and especially Victor, to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service!

My wife and I came in looking for some recliners, and we're very pleased to have found this store. Cacey was awesome. He did not come off as pushy but as informative, he let us know the different amenities and style that each recliner had options for and then let us deliberate and choose for ourselves. Casey was able to get the price to meet our budget and within less than twenty four hours after purchasing the two recliners, they were set up in our home and being napped in.

My first trip to Cascade Home Decor made me a fan! I'd had been looking quite awhile for end tables, nightstands and a chest of drawers. I found a nice selection in Cascades showroom and got exactly what I had been hoping for. Casey was very helpful but also gave me time to just wonder on my own. I was able to take some pieces home that same day and the pieces that were ordered came in as promised.
