Well I talked to a lady named Cheryl she was very knowledgeable about the products. Very friendly and she didn't try to use high pressure sales tactics. I didn't buy anything but I really enjoyed the time I spent there talking to her. She's a really nice lady

We (Albert and Xan) purchased a bed for our grandson who has come to live with us for a short time. We had the pleasure of being helped by Cheryl Lehto. She was wonderful. No pressure. No trying to direct us to something we did not need or want. Cheryl helped us purchase exactly what we needed for our situation in a very short period of time. Cheryl and Jim were extremely helpful as I purchased my first mattress from the Airport Way BedMart. As someone operating on a budget and buying a mattress for the first time, I had numerous questions and concerns ranging from mattress types to flame-resistant materials to return policies. Cheryl and Jim answered my questions with expertise and patience and went above and beyond to make my mattress pick-up accessible. I worked with Jim a few days ago to purchase a new mattress for the first time in over 15 years and I could not be more pleased to report on my experience. I walked in knowing what I wanted with a lot of consumer report information in mind and Jim made my shopping experience a dream. From the moment I walked in the door to the signing of the contract, his friendly demeanor, encyclopedic knowledge of the industry, well placed and never burdensome anecdotes, and no-pressure behavior was a true joy to engage with. After actively listening to my very specific overlapping needs, letting me try nearly every bed in the store, and entertaining some of my ridiculous notions around unnecessary customizations, I wound up buying the very first mattress he put me on. I can’t wait to go back and get the base Jim helped me pick out next week and my only regret is that I couldn’t walk out of the store with it that same day. He has made a loyal customer for life, and I will recommend him to every person who is in the market for a new mattress. As a chronically bad sleeper who has struggled for years to get a good night’s rest, I am even more happy to report that after the next-day delivery dropped it off (well within their estimated window with a courtesy “10 min out” call), I had a night of sleep better than any I can remember. If you were ever thinking of getting a Temper-pedic but were unsure because of price, save your pennies, go see Jim, and take the plunge. You will **not** be disappointed.

Shopping for a new mattress is a bit of a daunting task, especially when you have a bad back and are worried about making such a big investment with something that is core to how your back feels. Cheryl Lehto at the Airport Way store was great. She understood my concerns about cost, because with my back I really need a higher end mattress, and was able to not only find the one I was interested in at a lower cost (due to having a floor model/customer return one available) but to even have it delivered FOR FREE the next day. Five stars!
