Cascade Mattress is a great place to shop! The showroom is lovely, Kristie is knowledgeable in every aspect of mattress construction ~ what works best if her customer is dealing with a specific body issue/ pain while sleeping. Customers are encouraged to "test" as many mattresses as it takes to find the "perfect" fit! The mattress we chose was in stock and delivered the following day! Just wanted to thank Cascade Mattress in Bend. Kristie, in sales, was so patient while we tried out all the different mattresses. John and his partner who delivered our new mattress to us were great. Our old bed frame was not assembled correctly. They actually took it apart and put it back together the way should have been. Wish we could give Cascade Mattress six stars!!

John and Brady were above superb! Gave me a heads up when they were on their way, very friendly, quick and even put together my new headboard/frame at no additional cost. I will be recommending Cascade Mattress to everyone!

As two seniors, my husband and I could not safely flip our mattress due to the weight. I contacted Cascade Mattress in Bend OR to inquire about getting some help. Kristie said yes they could have their delivery men come the next day to handle flipping it...and with a very reasonable service charge. The next day, John and Travis, arrived on time and were very professional. They listened to what I wanted and within minutes had the job done. Kristie, John and Travis really helped my husband and I!
