Sleep Number

Great experience. It was helpful to try out the beds and all of the features. Very easy to understand the prices and options and made the buying process easy. Love my sleep number bed.

Brad could not have been more kind, engaging and knowledgeable. My wife and I, both of whom spent many years in the service business, commented as we were leaving the store how refreshing it was to do business with a true Professional. Great guy. Great service.

I was directed to Sleep Number by a friend who told me it could help my sleep apnea. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out a bed that fits me. Jim, my sales person and manager was very helpful and patient with me explaining everything that was available to me and helped me through the whole process from picking the right bed and helping with the necessary paperwork and setting up a delivery time that would work for me! Jim and Brad were so helpful in our bed buying experience! We went in with one idea but came out with a whole new order because they took the time to really understand what we were looking for and needed in order to get better sleep. We feel confident we are going to love our new bed when it arrives!

We had a great experience in the store, purchase went smooth, delivery and setup went great, just one really big problem. We were told we would get zero percent interest as part of a promotion through one of the two lenders they had available. Turned out after getting our first bill, we did not spend enough on our bed (that was on sale at the time) to qualify for zero percent at 24mos. Instead, we got THIRTY percent! Huge mistake that we walked back into the store to point out. Our salesperson said he'd have to do some research and get back to us after another salesperson pointed out to him there was a minimum balance to qualify. They have never attempted to reach us since. I would recommend nearly everything about our experience except the lack of knowledge of their own promos and ghosting us when we brought it to their attention. A couple points difference I could have lived with, but going from 0 to 30 percent was ridiculous. If it wasn't for recent spinal surgery, I'd have returned the bed instead of doing business at a predatory rate. Update: There was a response in here to reach out to the Sleep Number to try a correct this issue. After 3 transfers and re-explaining what happened, their escalations dept said there was nothing they could do about it, suggested calling the finance company (which we already had). I did explain the liability falls on Sleep Number because it was their salesperson that didn't fully disclose the finance rates as he was not aware. The best they could do was send feedback to the store. For this I lowered from 2 stars to 1 star.
