Casper - Fashion Place

We visited the Casper-Fashion Place store at the beginning of May. We got extraordinary service from Kirsten. She was there with us every step of the way as we tried out several different mattresses in search of exactly the right one to meet our needs. She had ready answers to all of our questions. Best of all, she was very friendly and interacted with us like a trusted friend. As a result, we trusted her completely, loved what she recommended, and ordered a split king Snow Max mattress and adjustable frame. We couldn't be happier with the bed that was delivered. Kirsten gets an A+ from us. I also have to mention the two people, Edison and Diana, who delivered our bed and went to great lengths to make sure it was properly set up and operating. I was very impressed by their work ethic and their friendliness. Another A+/A+ for them.

Recently bought a snow max mattress and really like it. Dayang was a very patient salesperson and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about all the options. No pressure sales at the store. Appreciated the company commitment and willingness to make sure we were happy with the mattress. Dayang treated us well and appreciated that he remembered us when we came back to buy it on another day.

Had a good experience with this store, Thanks to Aunndrea for assisting us, and letting us try the different mattress in-store, was able to purchase the Dream Max and was able to take it home and sleep on it the same night, I really like the mattress, exactly what I'm looking for as a side sleeper that likes it plush.

Great Casper location to work with. They could not be more informative, or customer service oriented. Kirsten the store manager is on top of her game. We ordered a mattress in September, and they held it in the store for us until January when we returned to our Park City home for skiing. They were able to make sure the warranty and trial period did not start until we picked up the mattress and there were so many other customer service touches that I could not recommend them more highly. Bed is great too!!!!

My wife and I had such a great experience with the manager, Kirsten, and the rest of the Casper Team. She gave us so many great insights, and really focused on helping us find what we loved most. We ended up choosing the Dream Mattress and the Hybrid Pillows with Snow Technology.
