Nate was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to walk me through and explain the differences between several mattresses. It’s early days with my Posturepedic and I’m still trying to determine if we’re a match; however, if this mattress ends up not meeting my needs, I know Nate will be happy to assist with helping me find another one. This process was smooth, and honestly exciting! Getting a new mattress is a great form of self-care and having someone with solid customer service to help along the way only amplified the experience. Additionally, I was given an ETA of 12 pm - 2 pm on delivery day and Jose & Sebastian arrived at just 12:30, which I was so happy about! Plus, they made hauling away my old mattress a breeze. Glad I chose Mattress Firm for my mattress journey!

I called ahead and was looking for a Bunkee Board to go under my mattress. CariAnn answered and was fast, helpful, and so cool. We went in to grab what we came for, and then expressed a slight interest in looking for a mattress as well. CariAnn was encouraging but not overly pushy, and I really appreciate that. My wife and I came in too look at gettting a new mattress and Alex was extremely helpful! He asked lots of questions to make sure we got the best mattress for our needs considering our budget, and was very knowledgeable about all the products.
