Bountiful Rest Mattress Co

So a week before we are set to go to Yellowstone, I decided to look around for a new mattress. I searched google and found Bountiful Rest Mattress Co. At first, I thought no way are they going to be able to get a mattress built in less than a week, which was the time we had before we left. However, that is exactly what they did. Now the dilemma was for me to bring down the trailer so it can get measured or take my own measurements. The latter meaning if I measured incorrectly, I have to live with it, but the former would have a full guarantee the measurement would be right. I definitely wanted the full guarantee, but I was way too busy at work to bring the trailer down in time for them to build the mattress. I asked if there was any way they could come out and measure, again thinking no way they would say yes, but then they did and Nisan came out and measured my trailer. They had the mattress completed in less than a week and my wife and I slept like babies during our trip. I can’t begin to tell you how friendly they were and I’m glad my money went to a local company. P.S I’m wishing I bought my home mattress from them too. Very comfortable mattress.

The did a fantastic job on our custom RV mattress and topper. Had to fit an odd space with a jog and they drew it out and made it happen. Very comfortable. Thanks

This is a local business that offers custom work. I had special needs for a mattress to fit my RV murphy bed and Nisan worked with me until we got it just right. The finished product appears to be crafted with care and the 20 year warranty far exceeds anything else I considered.

I purchased a $3000 mattress that was manufactured by Bountiful Rest Mattress Company because they claimed to offer a 20-year warranty. Within a few months, my mattress had developed sagging spots. On closer inspection, I realized the warranty stated that the company would only replace the mattress after an indeterminate number of attempts to repair the problem had failed to work. I was able to arrange for the retailer who sold me the mattress to return it to the manufacturer for "repair" - it was returned to me the same day in the same condition. Following that, the retailer that I bought the mattress through went out of business, so I had to deal directly with Bountiful Rest Mattress Company for all warranty issues. When I contacted them directly to inquire about my options, I was rudely told that they would not assist me in getting the mattress back to them for a second attempt at repair and suggested that I rent a moving truck to get it to them myself. Long story short (too late?) I've thrown that $3000 mattress into the back bedroom and have replaced it with a Sears-brand mattress that cost 1/4 the price and hasn't had a single problem. My advice is to stay away from mattresses manufactured by Bountiful Rest Mattress Company, as their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
