Casper - Southport Corridor

I did not end up purchasing a Casper mattress but I did have a great experience at this store. This is such a nice store with cozy nooks to test out mattresses. Very helpful and friendly staff and a calm, laid back environment. If I'd decided on the Casper I definitely would've gone back to this store to make the purchase. Highly recommend!

The team here was so helpful and kind. Chris explained all the different mattress options and provided the space for me to think and choose. This allowed me to really be thoughtful about this big purchase and I am so happy I went with choosing a Casper mattress. It is 100% worth the money.

I bought 2 Casper beds size small for my dogs. The zippers are terrible! After washing them it took an hour to assemble! The zipper system does not work. DO NOT BUY for your pet! I almost today to have the sales person try to get them back to normal. LOW END Zippers!!!

Eureka, Casper Dog Bed was my fifth attempt at trying to find a bed for my two year old Golden Retriever. I went through four very nice expensive name brand beds with no luck. Because we have a foam bed which he loves to jump onto, it occurred to me that maybe, just maybe he'd like a dog bed from Casper. Mind you some of the prior beds were also foam, but not the same as Casper. As I expected, he took about three to four days, but we finally found the one he's taken too. Thanks to Casper Bed in Chicago Southport Corridor and Cristopher, who was so helpful getting this order completed. He was a wealth of information and so pleasant to work with. I felt I had a close friend guiding me through the process. As time passed he kept in contact prior and after we received the bed. After my dog nixing so many prior tries, he reassured me that if my furry buddy didn't like the bed it would be no problem returning it. So if your having to make up your mind between a couple of options for your dogs bed, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase Casper's Dog Bed. By the way the slipcover for the bed was purchased from KoveredUp on Etsy. They make fitted covers made especially for all sizes of Casper's dog beds. These are made with quality fabric and fit like a clove with snap closures not elastic.
