Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

Don helped me look at options for a Tempur-Pedic. He was thorough without one bit of pressure on me. This is going to be a substantial purchase, and I don't want to have any second-guessing (which I often feel after buying a large item like this). He assured me about the 90 night trial time and I as extremely helpful. As I said before leaving, "if I buy a Tempur-Pedic, it will definitely be from him at this store."

I stopped by the Tempur-Pedic store in the Lincoln Park area today and wanted to recognize Don for the exceptional experience he provided. The store’s system was down during my visit, the showroom was busy, and he was assisting multiple customers at once, yet he remained patient, attentive, informative, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire interaction. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions, offered thoughtful alternatives so I could still complete my purchase today, and never made me feel rushed even while working through the outage. I ultimately decided to return tomorrow instead so he could prioritize customers making larger purchases while everything was being resolved. Customer service of this caliber has become increasingly rare. Don’s professionalism, composure, and sincerity completely changed what could have been a frustrating experience. In fact, Don turned the situation into the reason I’ll be purchasing from Tempur-Pedic. He gave me his business card before I left, and I’ll be contacting him first thing tomorrow morning to complete my purchase through him specifically. Tempur-Pedic is fortunate to have someone like Don representing their company.

Don gave great explanations of the product and went above and beyond to track down the pillows we wanted...even got the sale price! Grant lent a supportive hand and they were just a dynamic duo. Our new mattress arrived in less than a week. We are certainly sleeping easy now.
