Jon went above and beyond for us. From the moment we walked in he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions yet never too pushy or salesman like. We felt very comfortable and had the opportunity to browse on our own their whole selection. He made sure we left with all our questions answered and was the BEST mattress sales experience we’ve ever had. I would recommend Jon to anybody!
View on GoogleThe mattress we ordered is fine. The delivery was awful. Delivery people sliced open the silica gel packets and left thousands of beads all over my bedroom floor and the mattress itself. Spent almost an hour cleaning up after delivery. Called the store and received a voicemail stating it’s not harmful. Thank you for that, but still an awful experience.
View on GoogleI have purchased two mattresses from this location and both times it was a positive experience. The sales person was friendly and had helpful product information, but they didn’t hover around while I tried out the mattresses. There were plenty of options in the style I prefer (firm/with coils). The delivery experience went smoothly and the mattresses were delivered within the promised time. My only feedback is that it would have been helpful if they could confirm the 2-hour delivery window before 4:30pm the day before. I live in a high rise and we have to inform the management office of any deliveries. I could give them the date of the delivery in advance, but not the time. They close at 5:00pm, so getting the confirmed delivery time after 6:00pm is not ideal.
View on GoogleWalked in to find one mattress. Decided on two (so overdue for upgrades) and added a signature adjustable base that has a remote to operate it, to help with snoring and sleep apnea. Excellent guidance throughout the process. Bob pointed me towards mattresses that were in my price range yet, still an upgrade. Great to learn about the base. One week later, very satisfied with my purchase here. Delivery was set up for next day and was a breeze; on time and friendly service! Would happily recommend this store for anyone shopping for their next mattress! Thank you!
View on GoogleJohn helped us purchase a Purple mattress. We really liked that he gave us advice, but left us alone to hop between different mattresses and them out. Not pushy at all. Delivery and haul away was great!
