Casper - The Woodlands Mall

We got an amazing deal on Black Friday! They gave me a deep discount and still honored my military discount in addition to their sale price. The product is top tier and customer service was outstanding…AND we received our mattresses that same day! If you’re shopping for a new mattress, give these guys a try. Once you go Casper mattress, you never go back to springs!

Alexia was very nice and able to answer all of our questions. She was very good about leaving us alone so that we can discuss what we want to do without her hovering. She offered Us an option to take it home from the store. And I really appreciated that she made sure that it was in stock and laid eyes on the box. She took very good care of us

We purchased a Snow mattress back in March and wanted to give it a month before reviewing it. The bed itself is really comfortable and after a couple of weeks getting used to it, I sleep so much better since having it. I rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. In the store, Kelly, Isaac and the other staff were great. Kelly asked us a lot of questions about how we sleep and our preferences and had us try a couple of different ones before we settled on the Snow. No pressure, just informed decision making. My rating for the store and staff 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The problem I had was with the shipping and sketchy responses from Casper Service CX Specialist Armando. After paying for it and being told it would ship within two days, there was no notice from Casper shipping or UPS. We contacted them twice and were told it was on the way, then a week later they finally said, "oops, we found an issue but have fixed that, so it should ship in 1-2 days." We finally got the mattress and frame and Casper Service offered a partial refund, but that never happened. So my rating for Casper shipping and customer service is 2 ⭐️⭐️. Casper has really good people working in the store helping people decide what to buy, and a very good product. It may be time they adjust corporate shipping and service to match the rest of the customer's experience. Update: the partial refund was provided, so thank you, Casper. The real reason for this addendum is that after almost nine months of sleeping on the mattress, it continues to deliver exceptional comfort and support, night after night.

Went in today 1/23/25 for a new mattress. Josh was our sales rep and he was a super awesome guy! He took the time to answer our questions and not once did he seem bothered or frustrated at our indecisiveness. He was very informative and knowledgeable in regard to which mattress would be best suited for us to ease our medical conditions. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for new mattress to stop by The Casper store at The woodlands Mall before making any decisions, we shopped around quite a bit and I can honestly say the mattress that Josh sold us was by far the most comfortable and supportive mattress we found on the market. Price point was very competitive compared to the prices for mattresses in the market right now. Store is also veteran friendly and offers a military discount to veterans and active duty. If I could give 0 stars, I would—terrible customer service! I walked in on 7/20/25 ready to buy, but no one even greeted me. The employees just sat glued to their laptops, not a single offer to help. I found what I wanted, looked it up on Amazon, and surprise—cheaper and better service. Walked right out. Whoever’s managing that store clearly has no clue what they’re doing. Thanks, Amazon!
