Rooms To Go

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Woodlands store. I walked in and no one harassed me about the furniture I wanted to buy. I found exactly what I was looking for at a decently respectable price but I could finance it. Plus it’s new and it will be delivered. Synchrony is the finance company Rooms to Go uses so it was pretty easy to apply and get approved. RUDY WAS GREAT EASY GOING AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. I had a wonderful experience and will be back to get more furniture in the future. Thank you Rudy!

Rooms To Go has been amazing. We've bought a lot of furniture from this store and have been highly satisfied with everything we've purchased. Just purchased a new living room and tables today. Our sales lady (Lisa M.) was amazing. Answered every question and took great care of us. Thanks, Lisa. This is my son's Google site. I'm Richard Errera; Casey's Dad. Not sure how I got on his profile.

The salesman Uriel Castro was great 5 stars for him. He was very attentive and patient with us.we recommend going to him! We purchased a dining table with 6 chairs along with a recliner set. The buying process was fast and easy. The problem arose after delivery. We heard a crack from the table when we looked under we seen the screws weren’t screwed in various places. We contacted customer service that same evening we were placed on hold for a bit then they said they were closed already. Next day I contacted customer service again the rep was very rude. I was explaining to him how the screws weren’t installed all the way in and how I was afraid the table could slide or fall , he cut me off rudely and said do you want it or not. The furniture was delivered on a Wednesday and it won’t be fixed till Tuesday. Sales reps are good the customer service not so much.

We had a great experience at Rooms To Go thanks to Amber! She was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made the whole shopping experience easy and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding, and we never felt pressured at any point. We truly appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude. If you’re shopping at Rooms To Go, definitely ask for Amber!

My first shopping experience at Rooms to Go! I was blessed to have been greeted by Rudy Gallardo. He was very professional and efficient. We established my spend limit with great financing options ( can you say 0%apr for 24 months? They have longer terms too!) He let me browse around, find what I wanted, had good product knowledge and design advice. 5 star experience!!! Thank you so much! Icing on the cake, Josh and Jugo from the loading dock ( one of my items was a floor sample) were very kind and patient with me. Thank you all for a great first experience! Great team! Every one I saw was friendly and welcoming 😊
