Casper - Southlake Town Square

Shopping there was a great experience. The assistant manager Ragen was super helpful and really good at explaining the differences between the mattresses and making recommendations based on what qualities I was looking for. They were running sales and I was able to get pillow, sheets, and a mattress cover in addition to the mattress. I added a duvet as well because it was lovely. Ragen helped me get the best deals and I saved a ton! Super high quality products and they had almost everything in stock in store. I drove up behind the store and they helped me load it into my car. Very convenient and easy shopping experience. Definitely better than buying online. And super high quality products.

Ragen was super awesome and helped us find our new mattress for our new home. She walked us through the differences between each adjustable base and the snow max/snow mattress. We appreciate her time and patience with us and can’t wait for our new purchases!!

Went into Casper just to browse and ended up purchasing a Cloud One mattress along with a promotional bundle. Tristan has made the experience so easy and seamless. The best part? We fit our mattress in our trunk since it came in a box! No wait time, which is always a plus. We will definitely be back!

Tristan was incredibly knowledgeable about the Casper product and a credit to your operation. Support during and after purchase is outstanding.

My wife and I researched a lot of mattresses and went to a different store to try several alternatives. After CR reviews, we decided to try Casper store in Southlake Town Center. Kaylee Swafford helped us with our evaluation of options and ultimate purchase. Straight forward, no sales commission nonsense, just a very pleasant young professional intent on helping us find what we wanted. Highly recommend!
