View on GoogleThe delivery was right on time, and they assembled the table and bedroom very quickly. Even though the bedroom set was a bit tricky to put together, they did a great job with it. They also let me know about some damage to the headboard during delivery and came back the same week to replace it. I really appreciate their excellent service!

I was promised a king size mattress cover for my purchase and did get it it took a while for them to come in but as soon as they came in Ash called me and told me to go and pick up... One of the most important things about this store is Ash's humbleness!!! He will work with you on the pricing and after giving you a discount he also throws in there free stuff! What a beautiful human being you are Ash I wish the best for you! That all the blessings from the sky fall apon you thank you for making my house beautiful!!!

I visited on 1/19, thinking that the place was Ashley Furniture (Ashley moved out a while ago apparently) in search of living room furnishings. Tomas quickly greeted me and was very helpful in identifying what I was looking for in terms of size, color, and style. In a matter of 30 mins I purchased a lovely sofa / loveseat combination at a very competitive price. Only three days later it was delivered and setup in my living room by his warehouse guys and the furniture is comfortable and it looks great. People, ignore the name brand and big box stores. If you need furniture, Charisma is the only place to go. They turned me into to a life-long customer in no time. Thanks guys!
