Jamil thoroughly explained all of my options, including financing, insurance coverage, delivery, and setup. He made sure I understood everything before making my decision. I was on a tight schedule, and he efficiently put everything together for me in a reasonable amount of time without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was that Jamil genuinely listened to my needs, wants, and preferences. It was clear that he wasn't just focused on making a sale—he truly takes pride in helping customers create a space that fits their lifestyle and vision. The final look is so beautiful all thanks to Polina from sales who really went above and beyond and helped us get such finished look. Even the delivery people were best. I would recommend Bob’s furniture outlet to everyone anyday. The quality is good and fit our budget just perfectly. I love love love this place especially woodbridge location.

View on GoogleI had such a great experience at Bob's! I had never been before and was looking for a good deal on a sectional for my new apartment. Scott was fantastic! He greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was friendly and really knew his stuff. The sectional we picked out was able to be customized to our preferences so that it would fit correctly in our apartment. It was the most comfortable couch I've sat on in years! We completed the paperwork for financing while sitting on the couch and my son was so comfortable, he started to fall asleep right there on the couch! I couldn't have had a better experience. And, of course, the deal was great! Definitely check out Bob's in Woodbridge!

The selection was incredible and it took me a pretty long time to decide which was the best for me, but George was there every step of the way to help me through it. I would highly recommend Bob’s to anybody who was looking for furniture.
