This was honestly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to a few Raymour & Flanigan locations trying to find the perfect chair, and Alison was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, warm, welcoming, and patient. She walked me through everything and helped me find a beautiful chair at a price I was truly happy with. I live out in Queens, but I would make the journey back 1,000 times just for Alison. I honestly didn’t want to leave, and I wanted to buy everything! I’m already planning to come back for a mattress. Alison is the best, and I’m beyond excited about my purchase. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in the U.S.

We bought two bedrooms sets and had a great experience here. Our salesman Sam was very polite, professional, gave us space to look around, and was very helpful answering all our questions. We didn’t purchase the furniture on the same day, went home to take extra measurements. After we decided, we could have purchased online, but Sam was so nice that we had to go back to the store! Top notch service!

Five Stars!!! After visiting a few mattress stores, Raymour was our last stop… we didn’t know what to expect, but we were not only surprised by the selection, but the service was exceptional! Kim Garambone was our salesperson and she was amazing. She asked just the right questions and made my son feel super comfortable while searching for the perfect mattress. She worked with our budget and suggested we get the bunkie board for his bed with slats and I have to say that was the best recommendation!! Highly recommend Raymour and go see Kim - she was awesome!
