My daughter just moved to Charleston, she is going to be there a year for more schooling in the Navy. She moved with Nothing, a bed was 1st Priority and they advertised Next Day delivery. We were greeted when we arrived, Gina was assisting someone else but we were able to test some beds and found Everything she needed in 1 place, went with the Modern Frame so No Box Spring Needed. She also recognized my daughter as Active Military and Thanked her for her Service. Super Friendly and was able to deliver Same Day, which was a Sat, except they had trouble with the van tire but were kind enough to deliver on Sun for her.
View on GoogleThis is by far the best mattress store in Charleston. Gina and Davis provide the absolute best customer service with no pressure at all. I settled on a hybrid mattress and Davis delivered it the same day, only about two hours after I purchased it! After sleeping on it for two nights it seemed firmer than I remembered, so I stopped back by the store a few days later to discuss the options. I spent a lot of time trying out additional mattresses and found one that was better. They came and swapped it out with the other mattress a week or two later, then refunded the price difference over the phone. Just amazing!

View on GoogleMy son rented an unfurnished house, which meant he needed a bed. I was reluctant to buy a bed in a box from anywhere, considering the lack of regulations for such products. Before flying down, I called Charleston Bedding and spoke to a lovely woman on the phone who assured me she understood and would have options for us. We flew down for two days and after checking out the house, we headed right to Charleston Bedding Mattress. My son tried a few mattresses, picked one out, along with a frame and we were out of there within 30 minutes, with delivery scheduled that evening. Upon learning of our experience, his roommate called and also ordered a mattress to be delivered the same day. This type of personalized customer service is almost extinct, but not here. The knowledge, the understanding of our needs, and the same day delivery and set up was AMAZING. I cannot recommend this business enough. Do not waste your time anywhere else. The prices were great, and the service was outstanding!

With great smiles & local, small business warmth & charm, they have helped me find what I needed as a repeat customer. I will never buy from anywhere else. I just bought an adjustable frame bed for my elderly mother and they delivered & set it up for us. You won’t find nicer people anywhere, so if you’re in the market for a bed, save time & go see them! Quality products with incredible customer service, & great prices! The way buying used to be. It’s still here, @ CB&M!
