I bought a $10,000 bed from mattress firm in West Ashley On July 2 of 2023 I figured one of these expensive beds would do the trick, and this is one of those Beds that promises a good night sleep, so I Haven’t gotten a full night sleep since I left Iraq in 2004, I figured this would help. I wanted the soft mattress but the salesman said he had one and told me that I would not like The soft mattress so he suggested that I get a medium and overtime. It’s going to get soft when it’s broken in well over two years later it didn’t get broken in. It’s hard And our sleep is miserable. My wife had sleeping problems until we got this Bed so I went by there on a day of the posting of this review and was told they could do anything for me unless the mattress had a warranty issue and the only warranty issue would be sagging. Other than that I was stuck with a $10,000 bed that I can’t stand, but the salesman was nice knowing my circumstances he offered me a topper not free for a price so I’m going to try the topper to see if that helps. I hate to keep giving negative reviews but I call them like I see him although I do take the blame I should have not listened to the salesman. Got what I wanted or traded it within that 129 day period for fee that is, so buyer Beware these expensive beds will not give you much of a better night sleep than any other bed.
