Serving the low country for over 50 years, Trader Joe's has been family owned and operated with giving the customer the best value in mind. Generations and staff change, but we always return to those principles that allow us to be one of the oldest furniture stores in the West Ashley. What makes Trader Joe's unique is that we have brand new factory-direct and warrantied merchandise, and yet still have a used section of traded, consigned, and purchased furniture from locals like you! Therefore, we really do have 'furniture for all walks of life' as we hope to help you get started in your first home, trade out for upgraded furniture, or help you downsize.

Incredible customer service, prompt delivery, and great product. I bought a recliner and had the luxury of going to the store and sitting and testing them all out instead of gambling on an Amazon guess. There was no pressure, just respect and patience as I picked one out. The staff delivered my chair on the same day and set it up. This was a straightforward transaction, and their professionalism made it that way. I will be back and buy a couch. Thank you, John!
View on GoogleMy friend recommended Trader Joe’s because I needed a new mattress. I went there twice. John assisted me both times, and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. And the prices…you can’t beat them! I ended up purchasing more than just a mattress. I can’t believe I have lived here for most of my life and this was my first time ever visiting Trader Joe’s. And guess what? When my furniture was delivered, John was one of the deliverers and helped me decide on placement and even suggested some accent pieces available at Trader Joe’s . My furniture was delivered on Memorial Day, and it was raining, but they were very professional in unloading all items safely into my place. This was probably the best experience I’ve had shopping for furniture and will definitely consider them first in the future.
View on GoogleThe guys working there were great. I buy 2 different beds and headboard. Chest of drawers n nightstand. Solid, High quality furniture. Love the simplicity and sturdiness of their platform bed frames. Lots of options to choose from. Guys loaded my SUV and tied down full mattress on top if car for me. Great price for quality mattresses
View on GoogleI bought a dresser from Trader Joe’s and had the best experience! John and Dennis were extremely helpful with the sale, delivery, and setup. This is a true West Ashley family owned and managed business. Buy local and avoid Wayfarer at all cost!
View on GoogleHad a great experience searching and purchasing a mattress , couch, and furniture here! John was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable of the different options available. Prices were very very reasonable as a school student looking for affordable furniture. Definitely recommend stopping at this gem!
