My fiancé and I recently bought couches for our new home from Charleston Home Furnishings and had an excellent experience from start to finish. This was actually the first place we stopped while couch shopping, and it ended up being the only place we needed to go. Zach, the owner, took great care of us and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in walking us through all of our options without ever making us feel pressured. We ended up purchasing two couches and felt like we got a very fair deal for the quality and service we received. One thing we especially appreciated was the custom throw pillows that came with the couches. Such a nice added touch that really tied everything together. We always love supporting local small businesses when we can, and Charleston Home Furnishings absolutely delivered. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and great customer service, and we’ll definitely be back in the future for our investment properties as well.

Sean waa amazing! We weren't 100% sure what we wanted for our living room. I found them online. We fought traffic to make it there before they closed. We got there at 6:25 pm (they close at 6:30). Sean let us look around, answered any questions we had, and did not try and hurry us out the door. Ge told us he could order pretty much anything we wanted. Their price was almost $700 cheaper, oer piece, than Ashley furniture for the exact same set. Pick up waa a breeze also. Highly recommend checking them out.

Hands down the BEST customer service we've had in a very long time. Zak and Shawn were both great to work with. Ordered on Saturday and it was delivered Thursday. Impossible to get that sort of care and service with a big box store. Delivery crew was amazing also- moved our old couch out of the way for my mom and placed moving blankets down, etc. They entire process was impressive. Charleston Home Furnishings has our friend's and family's business for life!

Highly recommend this place!! Zack was helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Prices are affordable. We purchased this sofa set, it was delivered in 2 days and right at the scheduled time. The process was easy and amazing!!

Wow, I truly don’t even know where to begin! Zack is absolutely the best, he took the time to help me plan and design the room for my boys to share. It turned out better than I imagined and I couldn’t have done this without his help. His delivery guy Dan is very polite, patient, and kind. Usually people moving furniture are not so happy to say the least, but he truly is so wonderful and made the experience even better. I have ordered dining room furniture and furniture for my loft from this store before and had a stellar experience both of those times too. He is my go to person for all of my home furnishings needs! I can’t recommend them enough, the furniture is great quality as well and reasonably priced. I especially love the mattress he recommended for my son.
