This location is not closed they are changing owners, the prices are nothing special$$$$ I had the worst experience ever!!! Went mattress hunting on Saturday 22, 2025 found the mattress that we wanted, paid for it just to be out back waiting in line outback for it to be put in our truck bed. I see people keep coming up getting their stuff that was purchased after us, to getting it before us, I'm wondering whats going on at this point. So I had my husband to go up to the loading guys to ask what was going on and why we keep getting skipped over, they replied that they don't have our purchase form to load. He's like what are you talking about I have my receipt and paperwork. We purchased a queen mattress for $488 and $537 after taxes just to be told that was not the price and that it was $1200. We didn't make the price that was the price we was told by the salesman and that's what we paid. That price should have been honored and not being asked if we wanted a refund or pay the difference. I already was feeling somewhat off vibes from the door, when it's that type of sale business and your not greeted with 1-5 min of entry, makes you feel like your not appreciated as a customer. I have shopped at Dixie furniture twice now this year. Both times the staff has been tremendous in helping me with what i needed. If you go in see Mel. He is friendly and listens to what you are looking for without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. The delivery crew is second to none. They are fast and efficient in getting the furniture you purchase assembled in a timely manner.I highly recommend this store for all of your furniture needs while supporting a great local business.

I was looking on the internet for a whole house full of Ashley furniture. I saw Dixie's name and it's history and decided to give them a chance. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like I was the most important person to ever walk in that store. From my awesome salesman to the store manager and wonderful office staff, and even the owners, they made a potentially stressful experience a pleasure. Amazing teamwork! I was able to have my credit approved in minutes. All of my furniture had to be ordered and everything arrived and was delivered in 1 week!! The delivery guys were so courteous and careful too. I tell all my friends to shop at Dixie Furniture!!

Dixie Furniture is well worth a visit. Everyone there is friendly to work with especially Tanya was the sales person that weighted on us both times we were there. There delivery personnel were as good as they come. Again a home town store that gives you that big store quality and service at a competitive price.
