Mattress Deals

I bought a firm Queen Mattress with Box Spring.. slept a few hours the 1st night with a completely covered mattress when we brought it home decided it was too firm.. I got both pieces packed and loaded to take back for their "Comfort Guarantee" and switch it for a softer mattress set.. I called over and over again and got no answer so I decided to drive there (1 & 1/2 hours from my house) thinking they just we're not answering the phone come to find out they have a sign on the door stating they will be closed 5 days due to employee shortage.. sign said they would reopen on 9/11 I drive on the 11th and they where still closed another wasted trip... so on the 12th I called and he's there I explained myself and he refuses to take back the mattress set even with the "Comfort Guarantee" and restocking fee I mentioned about this to him and he told me that this is no longer their policy and it's on the paperwork I was given at purchase I told him that was misleading.. his only suggestion was to put a mattress topper on .. needless to say I totally regret going here and giving this place my business!!! Now I am stuck with a mattress that's too firm. This business took my money almost $1000 and has left me high and dry... I don't recommend anyone to go here!!

Richard is such an OUTSTANDING manager at Mattress Deal! He made my experience way more pleasurable than expected and I am OVERLY highly satisfied with the service I received from him. I am going home today with my dream bed as well ad extra dollars to spare ! I highly recommend visiting this store for all your bedding needs!!!!

Great service but they were closing the store and selection was a little more expensive than we were looking for.

Thus was our second and last stop fir a mattress What a great experience with Mitch Helped us narrow immediately He is super knowledgeable about every aspect of mattresses We even got same day delivery and saved a whole lot if money for our first king mattress Highly recommend No need to wastes your whole day shopping

Richard was absolutely fantastic!! I explained what I was looking for and that I have head-to-toe bone and joint pain from chemo. Richard told me about various mattresses and had me take my time trying each one. There was absolutely no pressure and no rush tactics. I would definitely shop there again and recommend it to others.
